I haven't ever felt pain in my heart. But during the attacks I know that my heartbeat runs like crazy (well, it picks up the pace) and that my breathing sucks. I hate being nauseous. But because of the pain in my head and the sick feeling i have in my body, and the pace of my heart rate, I Have often wondered and thought and felt that I was going to die during an attack.
Of course it hasn't happened. But it is damn scary.
I'd say keep our bodies working in the ways that we CAN control and then we'll be better equiped to fight the good fight.
I still hate that nauseous feeling I get.
