After you've been medically cleared re: the arm and chest problem, consider this.
There was a time, when I lost a little baby, that that I would sit in the rocking chair and relive the entire experience day after day until I made myself very ill. I started having panic attacks, heart palpitations that actually made the scale jump with each beat, and lung pain. It hurt unbelievably just to breathe. I had to consciously make myself breathe. Time and an understanding doc made it all better, but it took a long time.
The unhappy mind can do many things to us. You must make an effort not to worry about your health. The headaches alone will not kill you.
