I think we agree.
I would even go so far as to say that the best hope for a cure or REAL good preventative lies in the development or discovery of some drug that alters the functioning of our Hypothalmus.
I will continue to refer to my clusters as a vascular headache, though. :-)
This yet to be discovered drug will keep my hypothalmus in line and therefore maintain my nuerotransmitters in such a way as to prevent my blood vessels from constricting and then dilating in such a way as to impact my trigeminal nerve in such a way as to give me a freaking headache.
