set my clock. I started working the third shift seven weeks ago and am so sleep deprived!
I get home at 7:30 am, fall asleep about 9:30 and wake again around noon. Then I just fight to fall back to sleep until I give up around 3:00.
Thank God it's only 4 night per week.
As far as my clusters go (or went) I had them for 28 years, had major surgery in 1985, and that's when they left for good. I had four miscarriages and the Dr stated that it was due to a testosterone imbalance. I received injections to carry three successful pregnancies.
If anyone has any tips on sleeping when you should be awake, please advise.
