we have about six Chinese restaurants run by real genuine Chinese people and Chinese food outlet stores have also recently opened. I never considered myself a connoisseur of foods and judge a restaurant by such standards as how much gas I get from eating their or whether I get food poisoning or not. So far these restaurants have been excellent.
My boys are into it, buying a recipe book and real Chinese food, had the chore of putting a 25 pound bag of imported rice in two quart jars last night, it filled seven jars with one cup left over. My youngest son insists that Chinese rice is better. Okay, for me rice is rice and screw the chop sticks, rather use a fork.
Stir frying fresh vegetables and meats with a natural sauce does make a tasting meal. Youngest son fixed Chinese last night. One thing I hate about Chinese restaurants, is you can't a hard roll, and for me a meal is not complete unless there is bread on the table.
Guess you can get food poisioning at any resturant, Arby's had a sale on beef sandwiches, I ate two and my dog ate six, we both ended up vomitting with diarrhea, when I called the health department, mainly about my dog getting sick, they issued fines. I refuse to eat anything while flying, hell to get food poisoning on a plane jammed with 275 people and have to run to the bathroom every five minutes.
What does this have to do with CH's, nothing. Getting food poisoning during a cycle is pure hell, have both a sore head and stomach to deal with. I hit doctors that believed a relationship existed between certain food types and clusters. Quit eating certain food groups for a long period, was good for loosing weight, zero affects on the headaches. If anyone has something different to offer would appreciate hearing about it.
