if the doc moves, and is still a participating physician with the same insurance at the new location. You should contact the insurance company and explain why it is important to keep the same doctor. I have an arrangement with my insurance (HealthNet, and Aetna before them) since my kids frequently visit their aunt 70 miles away. If they get the flu or other bug there, the are covered if they visit a doctor there who accepts the same insurance.
