As I said, you're in luck because you have experience.Whatever will get you to trip level 2. Underdosing can be detrimental. 2gr dried seems to be the normal CH dose.......2gr sent my husband to Jupiter.For others 2 gr just makes them giggle.....Since formal research was stopped in the '70s, it's kinda trial and error. My husband dosed 3 times, reducing each time. The last was .5gr.Flash warns of underdosing. That's why it's so important to read everything so that you can draw your own conclusions and make your own decisions.
