ok its 1:53 am and i'm fightin the beast again. now i know that in most cases the nostril and sinus on the side of the face with the pain usually is running and stuffy, but for me my left side is clear and every breath in or out of my nose right now just makes the branding iron in my face hotter and more painful. so yes i have reserved to mouth breathing, but wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this before and if they might have any ideas to help. thanks in advance as the advice and support in the past has been great. nice to have "family" here just to bad the conditions they occur under.
