Received an e-mail by my friend Derrick with the following advice he read in an ancient Chinese medicine book some 36 years ago. The book was 60 years old and written in Latin. This cure requires the sufferer to place both feet in a basin of warm water (not to hot, not to cold). This must be done while sitting in a chair with a towel draped over the head. Important: no light, no noise, sufferer must sit still. When the water has cooled down (15-20 min.) the process is complete. You could try this remedy twice or as need be. If it does not cure the headache it will at least reduce the pain significantly.Derrick would like to know if anybody ever tried this remedy.
