The second question was misunderstood from all (and this means that's MY fault!)
I meant an ABNORMAL youth (I have not the right English words sorry...) Not an over the bounds cleverness. Intelligence doesn't matter in this!
I mean few friends, feel ourself different from other children of the same age, have different interests, and so on.
All these two things can be related to a particular psycological condition (deviation from standard, not to be out of mind... :-)
And all psycological deviation can have a brain malfunction as 'father'.
This is what I meant, and I am sorry for the poor form of the original questions
