also has a link for the filters. I have not opened a Millennium, but my Invocare has both the external filter plus an internal carbon filter for air purification. With my deal, the dealer threw in two set of filters both the external and internal filters.
Your machine by medical supply standards has been pretty well written off and if it appears, I would offer a hundred, your husband may only be using it 10-15 minutes at a time, so it will take a long time to really jack up those hours and if it appears to work and judging prices on ebay.com, I think $100 is a fair price, but also see nothing wrong with $200.00. If it breaks a really bad CH and your husband really needs it, bet he will be willing to pay a lot more.
Cetaining a lot cheaper and safer than having tanks filled. I did get a contaminated tank once and that was once too much for me. With filters changed every six months least you know you are getting the air you already breathe cleaned up. Best wishes.
