described - (Ferrari & De Haan) It is the sex headache. It results from muscle tension, usually in the neck and upper back and shoulders, because many people overstress these parts when masturbating or having (creative) sex.
If you get the first tickle of this pain, cease what you are doing and adopt another posture immediately. It will not kill you, but is very uncomfortable as you found out.
Engaging in the same activity soon after may have irritated overstressed muscles, hence the pain once more.
Get a massage. A shoulder massage I should say.
