I also have more nightmares during the cycles, and more dreams, anyway.
But the CH starts during REM sleep phase, therefore is normal to REMEMBER more dreams and nightmares. May be we have the same amount of both when out of cycle, but the sleep let them disappear from our mind. Instead, to be suddenly awakened from CH FIXES our dreams more in the mind.
This is what I think.
The good part is the Bob Pahlov BBQ....lot of people can eat at him :-)
