Scribble notes all over it to remind yourself of all the questions you want answered because otherwise as soon as you get in to see the neuro you'll forget everything. Also, if possible have a partner or family member go in to see the neuro with you as you'll probably forget half of what the neuro tells you - hopefully the person you take with you will remember some of the stuff that you forget. A visit to the neuro is a rare and precious thing - make the most of it and be as well prepared as you can!
