I'm an old lithium hand, maybe 7 years using it now with only a slight tremor to report during the first year I used it. I'm doing 1800 mg lithium plus 480 mg verapamil this time around and I'm only getting maybe one attack per two days which is OK.
If your symptoms are getting worse with time, be sure and get to a doc to have your lithium level checked (and your BP since you're taking verap plus HCTZ). You might be getting into toxic levels, and I understand that it can play games with your BP if so....
