Any have Fibromyalgia and Cluster Headaches?

I have found that most of my medical conditions have been tied to my Fibromyalgia, thought this might tie in too.

Also, does anyone have any "feel-better" techniques for these headaches? I have had them forever but I've been getting them bad the last week and am first starting to read up. All the doctors I have seen have told me to just deal.
