Everything you said was on the money. I cannot say too much, because I am one of those who does not post much. I choose e-mail to convey my support. So many things changed on the board in the last year or so and I know that there are others out there who feel as you do. I come out of the weeds from time to time to add some humor to a situation, that is how I deal with this in my life. One needs to spend time reading the information that DJ took the time to put there for us. Finding the site was the best thing to happen to me in dealing with CH. We want to help everyone that has this "disorder" but you also need to take a few steps to help yourself . DJ as well as so many others have made that pretty easy to do. Just read, read, read! Paco just listed a very good link the other day. As you said Hed.....you never once hear Jonny or Linda complain. There are others here that never let on how much pain they are in. I think of them everytime I read a post that someone has put up saying that they can't take it anymore. We all know that feeling. Its not a contest of who has more pain, its about what we can do to make it better. I think maybe this is why some of the people that use to be around are not anymore. You have to help yourself first. Thank you for Hed for voicing an opinion that I think needed to be seen.
