Can only speak for myself, and the only time I ever went there, but will never go again. If you have several hundred dollars to spare they might give you something for the pain, but know this!!!!!Most hospitals don't have a clue as to what to do for us.Your best bet is to get a really great Doctor who does have a clue & get him/her to give you enough abortives so you will never have to go there in the first place.The day I went was Christmas Eve several years ago. Couldnt abort the H.A. even though I'd been sucking on it all day. No Imitrex. So that's what they gave me. Imitrex and 02. Whoop-de-doo! thank you very much, that'll be 400.00 please. I've heard of others here who would be given Morphine, but 3 hrs. later they were in just as bad a shape as before. Hope someone else here as more info than I do.Also...depends on where you live. Suburb, metropolitan area, rural, etc.... Lidna
