Seriously, I think any place is good and fast the same. (the blood moves fast in any place of the body, when the med has crossed the fat, is in circle)
The place choice depends on the easy to do it, the less bruise you get (Simon, UK, inject himself on the belly ((Really!) and says that's the better place to avoid bruising.)
