is imitrax or Amerge (neuro need assurance from my family doc about my risk factors due to hypertension first) - interesting note here too - he said the triptans were safer than DHE-45 - I thought it was the other way around. Catapres, possibly prednisone (but he was concerned about relapse after being on it for just one week then tapering and he didn't want to go longer because of potential complications). He is pretty aggressive and willing to hit all the drugs. He said CH are one of the most frustrating dx. for neuros to treat becasue everyone is SO different in what they will respond to. He also said with all the nighttime CH I was having, I looked extremely sleep deprived...he definitely got that right!
I do have a nasty cold right now and I am hoping this maybe is what is negatively impacting on the effectiveness of the lithium - it had worked so miraculously for me...
