Most commonly sold in the Netherlands are psilocibe and Coppelandia species, but there are others as well.
IF you ask in a smartshop, they will gladly help you out. In my opinion consuming the right amount of psilocibine is what matters, not the species.
But they taste rather nasty to most peeps, so perhapst you want the more potent species?
I found 2 smartshops to sell little bags that contain 1 'recreational dose'. I took half of it and reached a mild "high". I guess you can do the same. ( see the content of 1 such bag as 1 recreational dose and take 1/4th or 1/2 of it )
Hope this helps, people in Dutch smartshops are usually very friendly and well informed. They will also have info material produced by our government.
Psilocibe shrooms will cost around 25 guilders/trip and coppelandia 35.
