Nose bleeds

I think I have cluster Headaches, I scored highly on the quiz here. My Neurologist thinks its either cluster or migraine headaches. From the quiz it looks like cluster.

I've had the condition for 12 weeks and its now getting me down.

I have 2 questions for now:

I appear to have all the main symptoms, the strange one which I've not seen is nose bleeds. I get them most mornings out of the nostril where the pain is. My ENT Doctor said it was because of the dry environment at night. I've been using a humidifier and its had no impact. The nose bleeds are minor and only last a few minutes but its something that bothers me. They occur as soon as I take a shower, never before and never after. Is this unusual or is there someone else that has this?

My second question is Oxygen is mentioned as a possible aid, how do you obtain it?
