960mg of verapamil absolutly broke one of my husband's cycles.
Continued to take a preventative. Came back.
900 mg of lithium absolutely broke one of my husband's cycles.
Continued to take as preventative. Came back.
After I found this site realized that many take these
two, often in combination, and taper off once the cycle is broken.
Do they work as preventatives or were the remissions natural? Don't
know. But, I think that many CHers are terrified to
stop taking something that breaks a cycle.
