I did the shrooms over the weekend, and fingers crossed the shadows I was experiencing are no more - let's hope it's working. Just wanted to say thanks to Pinky, Hedferst and all the other shroom advocates for all the helpful information and advice they've posted on this subject. Wishing you all PFDAN. Colin xx
