It is something I have noticed about when my CH cycles start (always fall) and when they end (always when natural daylight increases) combined with reading everything I could get my hands on for CH literature 10 years ago and my comment about it to the doc yesterday... From the literature, which unfortunately I cannot identify now, there is a CH connection to circadian cycles controlled by the pineal gland, and to a lesser extent the hypothalamus gland. Serotonin is involved and is manufactured or regulated by one of these glands (can't remember which). But, there are so many hormone/chemical feedback loops in the human body, I would have to take a refresher in Anatomy & Physiology to remark on them accurately. CH's also have connections to histamines which are produced by mast cells.... CH's are very complex headaches that could be generated from a number of mechanisms in the body. Like you, I'm willing to try almost anything and have over the years. Verapamil WAS my Godsend, but unfortunately, it's abandoned me... Try a literature searches, Dave, with the keywords above. I'm going looking for a light to buy. Good luck. If I find anything in my search travels, I'll post it. Jim R
