Hi Tim, just wondering how much your employer undrerstands what you are going through? The OUCH Employer form addresses the issue of sleep patterns being severly altered. If it can help in any way, I'd be more than happy to send you this form, and it encourages employers and employess to work together on this and other aspects of the workplace. And most importantly means to ensure you can keep your job through communication.
