You will find advice, information and support here, but all of us need expert and individualized medical help. You need to see a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. If you have time, read the medical info by clicking the buttons on the left of your screen. You will also find a cluster quiz there, to help you understand what type of headaches you have. In the meantime, many of us get relief from icepacks (a bag of frozen peas works great) on the hurting side. Talk to your doctor about oxygen as an abortive, because, likely it won't matter that you're pregnant. Some others here will have more in-depth advice, and there is a Family Support Group. In my opinion, don't waste your time with tylenol or other over-the-counter pain relievers; they do almost nothing for clusters. I'm sorry you are here, but glad you found us.
