I was just questioning some of the scares put forth by some medical professionals, is there any basis for their claims?
It's my own personal experience that excerise helps to fight these beasts even if it's only a long brisk walk. I do not set a stop watch when taking oxygen praying the CH is under control if an arbitrary ten minute interval is prescibed. If it takes, 20 minutes, so be it.
