I am a newbie. I recently finished my first cluster episode (9 weeks). Does anyone else out there get wierd precursors to night clusters during the day like rapid pressure buildup in the ear on the afflicted side of the head followed by painful popping? I had them again today and have sunk into a mood where i am afraid to go to sleep tonight.
On another note, I am wondering about how serious people's injuries have been from head banging and rubbing. I ripped skin off my forehead once from rubbing my head into the floor and carpeting for like an hour. Any advice, stories, etc??
