Folks, Good morning!! I hope all of your weekends went well. Mine did until last night. I am in the middle of an episode right now (rather, coming toward the END of one, or so I thought).Anyway, things were going fairly well and then last night my wife made a turkey, some dressing, and we had steamed asparagus. Yeah, I know, the holidays begin early. Actually, she put one of those breasts on a rotissere. Anyhoo, I was up ALL night last night with some nasty ones. One right after the other and even now, as I write this, I can feel nastiness behind my eye and ear. Not bad pain right now, but pain nevertheless.Does anyone have any thoughts on any of these foods being triggers? A couple of weeks ago, I threw down on some sushi (as I did not realize it was a trigger) and I was in hell the whole night.I would appreciate some help to know if I am relapsing or just dumb enough to eat something that will send me reeling...Many thanks!!!
