Your discription sounds similar to classic cluster with the exception of the sinus discharge, unless I misread you post, Mold, soot and especially if the furnace had been on and the inside air was dry, may have been a combination that when mixed with wine triggered a severe sinus headache,but I have no recolection of any members having a cluster attack without the sinus discharge, and the drooping of the eye lid on the affected side. I use cold shower over the head until I get chilled to the point of geting goose bumps,that usually takes it away, or at least give your brain a good diversion to deal with during the attack, hope it was a fluke attack or two, any bad teeth on the side of the attack?
