In our archives we have some serious discussions on ICE therapy. Ice packs get expensive if you use them over long periods of time. SO, one of our tried and true methods has been frozen veggies to replace expensive ice packs. Peas work well because they fit around your head real well. They inexpensive and can be eaten if you run short of foodstuffs. Ok, so it sounds weird - we not into "normal" here, but it works. And yes, a lot of us use ice. I slap it on the old noggin and put a headband around it. Hands don't freeze that way. Love ya BD
