Hi, I was introduced to this site today by a friend who suffers from CH and I'm sooo glad he did. I have had CH since I'm 12 y/o, and they come and go sometimes they stay away for about 4 years or more, but, THEY KEEP COMING BACK. When I was on my 20's I tryed a deep tissue massage arround the shoulder blade and neck muscles, concentrating on the side of the atacks, to my surprice IT WORKED!!!. I have been doing this ever since and it works all the time, for some reason after the massage I get one more atack and after that they stop. It is very important that the massage is DEEP really DEEP for it to work dont settle for less demand pressure and take it, and belive me you will know where you want the pressure when it's targeted.
