I had a break of 4 years from 1990-1994 before they started back up. I was in the Army during that time and very physically active (to the point of exhaustion on an almost daily basis), which my doctor thinks may have been the reason for the break. I don't know too much about that, but have read that others start to workout when they feel a CH coming on and are able to stop it. Maybe this helps? I'm willing to try just about anything that doesn't involve drugs (can not STAND the side effects).
