while i did not achieve TOTAL remission with the tea..yes jayne..suppliers are unreliable :)..it changed the entire dynamic of the pain and frequency!..and as the days pass they come less and less frequent...while i don't have the "cajones" to try drinking alcohal...i have literally moon walked through this cycle...in 17 years of clusters this is UNQUESTIONABLY the easiest, least disruptive cycle in the history of HED...i am thankful for even the slightest advantage in fighting the beast...hang in there bird....g
