Advice needed on using O2

Hi All,

I've just come home from the Docs with a 3ft high bottle of Oxygen. I have been given a single tube connection with a spongy cork attachment. (This goes up the nose!)

I've never tried O2 before. What do I do?
The Doc has never given anyone O2 before and couldn't be of much help. (She'd never really heard of CH, but then again, she's not a Neuro).

How high should I set this thing? How do you breath with it? Should I try to fill my lungs and hold it or what??
