Band of pain

Since I've been taking verapamil for a few weeks, my CHs are different. Seem to be dispersed instead of focused.

I had made the mistake on Saturday of drinking a gin and tonic and drinking a cup of decaf coffee.

My CH started after the 2nd sip of coffee, with my right temple but didn't get too bad. Next day though I felt like someone was tightening a steel band around my head, tighter and tighter.

I've had this feeling with severe attacks in the past, where the next level usually feels like my head is going to crack open while someone is driving a spike behind my eyebrow.

This time it went away, not a big deal.

Anyone get the head band feeling, or am I alone?
