Two or three years ago I found a researcher who speculated that high doses of vit. B-2 might help with CH; talking 400mg/day.
I tried it along with magnesium and had good results preventing attacks. It was poor science to combine two approaches but I liked the outcome--no attacks!
Have never found any clinical trails reported using B-2 and so the idea has apparently disappeared from consideration. BUT--if you give it a try and it works then you don't need any approval. B-2 is not expensive and it's benign, i.e., don't have to worry about toxic effects of this dose (400mg/day).
