For those who may not know my abortive technique. At the first signs of an attack, place a teaspoon of hot sauce, Tabasco, et al, UNDER your tongue. The sauce will not burn if you don't get it on top of your tongue or on your lips. (You might want to use an eye-dropper.) Try not to swallow, but hold the stuff under your tongue so that it seeps into your innards. It works for me sometimes, but I always use oxygen as my first line of defense.
