the triptophans in turkey actually DO help in the cluster war. Honest. It's been discussed here before. Know how you feel so sleepy after eating a big turkey dinner? It's because the triptophans have messed with your seratonin and melatonin levels and therefore induce some sleep for you. Seratonin and melatonin levels are different in clusterheads than in non-clusterheads.
