The only thing that ever helped me, even a little bit, as inconvenient and gross as it sounds, but who cares when it comes to this kinda pain, was cafergot suppositories! Cafergot pill form did not help me in the least bit, but the suppository did. It made me a little sick to my stomach too but if anything ever helped me and God knows I tried 'em all, was that stupid cafergot suppository. Obviously, that route taken gets into your blood stream very quickly and that's ideally what you need with this pain, immediate results. Just thought I'd let you know and hope that maybe you can find success with this possibility next time you talk to your Doctor or the next medication you try. Good Luck.
