I strted hving clusters in 1990. My first episode lasted a little over 2 weeks with about 3 2 hour attacks eachday peaking at about a 5 on the kip. My second episode occured 1 year later lasting about 4 weeks, 3 2 hour attacks each day peang at a 6. Then my third came in 9 months lasting 8 weeks about 3 3 hour attacks each day peaking at a 7. Then 3 months later I was really in for it. I remember my first 10+ at work, I went to the floor in about 1 minute and thought I would die. Sinc then I got from 4-6 attacks each lasting 3 hours peaking toa 10 in about 3 minutes and staying at 10 for 21/2 hours then ending in 3hours andI would always get a second attack in about 1/2 hour after the first ended. With a lot of trial and meds I get 2-4 attacks each week coming close to 10 but with another med I can keep it at a 4-5 within 15 minutes
