I am about at the end of my rope as far as abortive techniques. Does anyone have anything good to say about lidocaince nosespray/drops? Effectiveness? Cost? Consistency?

Immitrex (and their ilk) does not work for me all of the time...Narcs are pushing it, if you know what I mean....

ANY ANY ANY thoughts anyone would have and FAST would be very helpful. I need to call my doc first this this morning!!!!
