How does anyone find a Doctor?

I am from Kansas. I currently seeing a neurologst but apparently not one familarized with cluster. I was told about a doc in Oklahoma by the name of Couch which his nurse said is World known and wondered if anyone has heard of him? I did look at the names of physicians on this site but none from Kansas were listed. I wonder if anyone from Kansas has clusters or am I the only one? What should I Do. It may take up to 8 weeks to get an apt. and I feel desperate for help NOW!!! I am on my 6th week of the cycle and verapamil just isnt helping. I've been on a million meds but they all take so long to figure out if they are going to work or not and time seems to be the enemy. Any feedback I would be deeply grateful to.
