Like hedferst said, there's loads of really valuable information here. Try water X3 - it sounds too simple to work, but it helps me sometimes (it's one of the buttons on the left).
Stick around, join in the fun and don't be put off by the occasional bout of bickering. Like any group of people, sometimes we fall out over silly things, but we always sort it out in the end.
