No. There have been a few people (mostly those who underdosed the first time around) who have reported a TEMPORARY increase in either the severity or the frequency of the headaches. In all reported cases this increase has reversed itself within 24 to 48 hours or so, with the headaches diminishing rapidly in severity and intensity until they are gone. In some of these cases, a second dose was required. In most cases the headaches vanished completely before there was a chance to take a second dose.
