At first I thought you'd lost your mind and forgotten to put a link, or that I had perhaps gone blind, but then I saw this little box labelled "Support" on my task bar and there it was!! The wee ribbon!!
Had to do it a couple of times to make sure I wasn't seeing things, but it works great.
