Verapamil and Imitrex

I went to the Doc the other day and he up'd my dose on verapamil to 480mg and also gave me some imitrex (nasel)....

What are others taking as far as dosage on verapamil? the doc says thats about as high as he wants to go due to the manufactures recommendation....

And, since i've never done the imitrex, when is a good time to take it and what are some of the side effects yous giys have experienced?
