is more than proper language skills,, Interpersonal communication requires one trying to transfer and another recieving thoughts or ideas,a two way transfer.The recieving end must strive to be receptive,,put your self in the communicators shoes,and disregard their language, accent, smell,orlooks and try to understand what it is they are communicating. If all you see are spelling errors or slang , then communication stops.I fear,by limiting a MB like this to only those with perfect writing skills (anal), you would exclude many . Ideas and knowledge would be lost or never known.I read many well written gramaticly correct posts, that are complete dribble.I would rather read a thought provoking, poorly written post, and learn something.If some one chose's to share their bread with me,, I do not complain about the cooking , I just say thanks, and appreciate geneosity of the offer.
