I know that when I'm being hit, I shake a lot. (I was going to make a crude reference, but I may offend myself...we all can come up with examples.) I take lithium, and because of that, I have some slight tremors. But during an attack, I've had times that I couldn't hold the oxygen mask to my face.
Regarding the gamma knife surgery...my neurologist seems a bit high on the idea, as a last resort, but I haven't heard any positive results reported here. Negative reports have included continued pain, paralysis/numbness on one side of the face and head. That alone is enough for me. Hang in there. Good luck.
